At Naturehike.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. As the official Naturehike distributor in Pakistan, we ensure every product meets quality standards. However, if you face any issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 7 days.

  2. Share your order number and issue details with images if required.

  3. Our team will guide you on the return shipment.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you may exchange the product for another item of equal value (subject to availability). Price differences, if any, must be settled accordingly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used camping gear

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from Naturehike.pk (wrong or defective product), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
